How it works

Borrowing against your valuable(s) with Cash Confidential is a quick and discrete way of obtaining a short term loan (normally a 6 or 7 month contract) from £100 to £7,500.

Contact Cash Confidential to make an appointment or take your item together with a form of ID and proof of your address (i.e. utility bill) to Cash Confidential at 8-10 Allan Street, Douglas, Isle of Man.

At Cash Confidential your valuable(s) will be appraised and valued and a loan will be made.

You can either accept or decline the offer. If you accept, you will need to sign a loan agreement which details the terms of the loan.

Our professional staff will manage each application with expertise, efficiency and care. Your valuable(s) remain yours throughout the duration of the loan. They are held as security only and will be insured and stored safely until such time as the loan is re-paid.

You can pay back your loan at any time during the loan period by simply paying off the loan amount and outstanding interest due. There is no redemption fee. You can pay by sending us a cheque, or transferring the funds into our account.

As soon as the loan is repaid, your item will be returned to you or you can collect it from our offices.

If for any reason you do not pay off your loan by the end of the term, there is no penalty fee. We will simply sell your valuable(s) to recover the amount you borrowed, the outstanding interest and any costs incurred in selling the item such as auction fees. Any surplus above this will be paid to you.
